You can look at Harvard 2+2 program before ur final year of graduation. For the rest, there is time. You are only starting with ur engg. So u have a minimum of 4 years + few yrs of work ex to decide on programs u would like to apply to.
Sit and analyze ur goals, where you want to work, ur budgets etc. and work out a plan. However, I would say, for now, focus on doing ur engineering properly and get good scores, coz ur GPA will be 1 of the factors for MBA admissions.

2. What exams should I undergo for admission? And what sort of scores should I expect to get in the top 10 universities?

GMAT. Thought Stanford accepts GRE for bschool apps as well. Scores vary on depending on ur work ex, gpa, achievements, extra curriculars.

3. What sort of financial assistance/scholarships will they give me? And on what criteria will they look at for giving assistance/scholarships.

Merit based scholarships, need-based scholarships. Criteria, you need to talk to individual schools and understand.

4. Is it better to get some work experience before doing an MBA?

In my personal experience, work ex will be good. It gives u a better understanding of what you really want to do and how to go about doing it.
all the best!
