Sure you can add that.. 3-4 weeks is a decent exposure if the quality is good..and the McGill did provide a quality exposure and a great interaction with some of the great Management thinkers of the world, like Dr. Henry Mintzberg.

I had a discussion with other institute's alumni and was told that exchange programs in respective institutes's one year course is of very short duration and may not be a vary big thing to highlight considering nature of projects one get. However, IIML mentions this as one of core component/strength of program. Just wanted to check if this is okay to add as one of my reasons to join IIML.
TIA!

I have to be honest--it is going to be tough, but please do apply as all profiles are related relative to the applications received.

Hi Guys,
Not much time left to submit the application, however i have one last question.
I was browsing through the student profiles and i noticed that almost all of them had been working in big reputed companies. Now this could be just a co-incidence but something tells me that its not. The reason i am asking this is because, thought i was working with a large MNC, i moved to start something on my own. The difficulties and learnings that i went through have prompted me to do an MBA and thats the reason as to why i am applying to IIML.
Now if its true that IIML prefers students from large MNC's then i might not stand that good a chance. Could somebody please help me, Is there someone you know that i might have missed out on who is from a small startup ??
I am feeling very discouraged after i noticed the profiles and would be really glad if someone could help me out soon.
My profile
GMAT : 700/6
10th : 85 %
12th : 83 %
B.E : 73 %
Work Experience: 7 yrs (3.5 Yrs IT, 3.5 yrs Entrepreneurial)
Thanks,
Santosh

Entrepreneurial experience is better than any larger MNC experience in my opinion. This would have given you an exposure in most of the facets of management which is very valuable. Your academics are pretty good too.. you stand a very good chance of an interview call. Good Luck!!

Hi Puys,
A small question as regards the application.
For the Section B - PROFESSIONAL FULL -TIME WORK EXPERIENCE, For the first row where I am filling in my current employment, can I leave the To Date as blank ( to indicate that I am still working there) / or should I fill up say a future date ?
Kindly help. Thanks.
- Best Regards,
Girish Malik
