Because we were the first batch hit by the increased fee structure, there was significant amount of delay from SBI in disbursing our loans. Their central units were unaware of the change for a long time. But now all that is sorted out. There is a branch of SBI in the campus itself from where most of us have taken the entire loan and yes it is collateral free but requires a guarantor signature for regular housekeeping, I guess.
