Hello Parul,

The minimum work experience for applying to this program is 5years.

Hi Himanshu,
I have 3 queries:
Can you pls lemme know the application 'end-date', as i cudnt find the same online. (I have a low gmat score of 640 , and plannin to give gmat once again before the application end-date.)

The eligibility criteria given on the website is, work ex of 5yrs. The application form specifies work ex till dec '08. So, does this imply that the work ex till dec '08 shud be 5yrs?
I will have 4.5 yrs ex by dec '09, and the current batch average work ex appears to be 4.5yrs. I would like to know if spjain(by any chance this year) is very particular abt this "5yrs" eligibility criteria?

here r the answers of ur queries...
1. I will come bak to u on End date soon...generally it is in May...
2. A GMAT score of 640 is nt tat bad if ur other things r on a better side (past acads, extra curricular, work ex-both quality n quantity etc etc)...fill the form n if u get the intrvw call then write the essays properly (for SPJ, essays r 2 be written by only those candidates who get call for intrvw)
3. Avg work ex of current batch is 5.5 yrs...there r only 4 ppl (out of 56) with 4.5 yrs wrk ex.Since thr r 4 ppl in this batch with 4.5 yrs wrk ex so i can only say tat they were nt very particular abt 5 yrs at least till last yr...4.5 is the min wrk ex in our batch...i m nt very sure whether SPJ will be very particular this yr or not...year after year avg work ex of the batch is increasing...bt still u can giv it a try as i did last yr (i m in with 4.5 yrs wrk ex!!!) as form cost is only Rs 1200/-!!!....ur work ex will b counted till Dec'09 (not Dec'08...)

What is the interview/GD schedule (approximate time-frame)?

u can create login id by entering id n then of ur choice...as soon as u enter it will take u 2 the online form...pls note down the id n passwrd which u enter to login...u can revisit the page with the same id n passwrd...
(thr is no separate thing called registration here...its direct login)

try n lemme knw whether it wrkd or nt...

total 56 students r in current batch...it can go upto 60
interviews will b held in June/July and will b one full day affair...various rounds:(
Results will b out by July end...1st contact session of 4-5 days will be held in campus in mid Sep...u will receive study material in tat session n will also attend some lectures...den u will get lots of assignments between Sep and Jan ...full time studies at campus will start in Jan'10...

all of the above dates r tentative (predicted based on previous experience)...
