Hi All,

This is my first post on PagalGuy
I would like to inform all of you that I have received admit from Tippie. Also received Scholarship + GA. I have updated my details in the spreadsheet. I was the first person to be interviewd (12th Feb) on Skype. Got admission letter on 16th Feb. Received I20 and other docs sent by the school.

Brief summery:
BE Electrical, Pune University, 2006
GMAT 700
TOEFL: 108
Experience: almost 3 years in IT

I am almost certain about accepting the admission offer.

Amar, Pshay and Jayant as we all are located close to each other (Pune & Mumbai), we may plan to discuss a few points face to face or on phone.

Congrats Amol for the admit and scholarship. Even I have been admitted to Tippie in February. Could you please share the Value of total merit Award you got ?

Also you said you received the I20 and other docs right ?

Did you send them the required financial documentation at the time of submitting the application ?

The award is the same as Rajat's award. The total award value is $29,759.10 per annum. It includes GA, Scholarship, waiver of non-resident tuition differential and health insurance.

Yes, I received I20 and other docs.

Yes, I sent them the required financial documentation i.e. solvency certificate along with my application packet.

I got admit from Tippie with GA + scho.
Any US admit attending the Advance weekend on 24th April ?

I also have admit from Georgetown (McDonough) but not sure abt the aide. The admission offer from Tippie is lucrative but McDonough has better repute (left aside the fact that its costly). Can any help me in drawing comparisons here ?
