Hi puys

I am also a re-applicant. got straight ding last time.
got feedback from ISB that I did not do well in presenting my application well.
So will need to work hard on essays this yr.

My Profile
Xth - 77%
XIIth - 75%
B.Tech - 7.3/10
M.Tech - 8.5/10 - IIT
Work Ex - approx 5.5 till Feb 10. In leading position for last 3.5 yrs. 1yr onsite experience.
ECs - very good till college. below avg after tht.

Like you all, I am an ISB aspirant too!

Well i read that as part of the application process, one has to provide email ids of 2 recommenders.

What is the format for Letter of Recommendation?

Does ISB provide some kind of questionnaire to the recommenders or do the recommenders have to write a proper descriptive letter of recommendation?

Request re-applicants/ seniors to step in.

usually this is a questionnaire for your recommenders... last year format was strength/weakness etc ....
there are smart ways to see the questions (if you know what i mean) ..

Once you start ur app process u actually have an option to see the reco format that would be sent to your recommenders, its gotta bunch of questions regarding how your boss wld rate you when compared with your peers, ur abilities while dealing with certin situations etc.have a look.

From the online application form, register urself as an applicant on the ISB site and you will get all the answers u need regarding the app process...their instructions are pretty comprehensive....

I would have loved to myself, but this year my wallet does not agree (markets are down so I bought a house)
