It all depends on one's perspective... if living in the US and making dollars is the goal then yeah you are right..I already have it... but its not my goal as I have been in the US now for 7+ years and after these many years I really don't find anything of importance to me that US can offer and India cannot. So, my goal is to go back to India for good and work there and thats why I have been trying to get into a good B School in India which we all know is very tricky..

To sum it all up I 'metaphorically' quote an immortal dialogue from a Salim-Javed scripted classic of all times "Deewaar".

Big B: " aaj mere paas buildingen hai, property hai, bank balance hai, bangla hai, gaadi hai... kya hai tumhare paas?"

Shashi Kapoor: " Mere paas Maa hai"

Got up early to get ready to take an early morning bus to Mumbai (i/v Tuesday, not Monday). Could not resist and logged on - this is the first time I realized ki fotocopy bhi chaahiye :sad:

Collected whatever I had (which is to say almost everything).

My 2 cents on what photocopy is required:
[1] Everything that's asked for in original; PLUS
[2] supporting docs to original (example: Joining/Relieving letter of prev company is supported by first & last salary slip); PLUS
[3] EC at schools / college / job; PLUS
[4] Anything else, Example = niche workshop / certification / anything whacky like South pole visit or Space exploration or a photograph with Ristiano Ronaldo etc...

Now if the i/v are being conducted in just 2 days, who the heck has time & inclination to see 30 odd docs per candidate

Just 1 last Q-
On way to Mumbai from Pune, where the heck are you allowed to smoke?
