NRI Admission to IIM

Congrats on making it to IIMC!!

Some error in the Google Doc, it says that I applied to IIMC. Please note that I only applied to A this year and got dinged. My profile GMAT 740/ 4 yrs. Please make the necessary changes.

Pagla- I am very sad to hear about the C reject. I am myself on the wrong side of the twenties but will keep the fight going for one more year. With your excellent GMAT score I suggest you give it another shot. And who know, you might make it to WIMWI next year.

As for me, the quest to improve my GMAT begins in June (after my vacations ofcourse)

Great to see ppl getting admits one after the other..

This is for those who are waiting for IIM I's results. I just gave them a call, and was asked to call on a different number. The person who answered that call gave me a confirmation about my admit from IIM I. They will send out mails by this evening or tomorrow morning, atleast that's what I was told. All the best to those who are looking forward to getting an invitation from I.

Got in IIML (740, WE 4.5)

Initially when we received admission offers, the results for overseas candidates were also displayed on the IIM Lucknow website. But since the website has taken on a new look, the reults page displays "Coming soon".

Any news on that?

For those, who didnt make it - there are two options- .. read the thread - "ALL i wanted to say about CAT" and dig in deeper to fight it out again...
or the other road is make your own path and lead others.. ...either ways, I pray success at the end of the road ...and perhaps a beer too ..hehe...

i know i will ard on PG for taking care of all the queries for 2009-2011 batch.. i am attaching the most updated xl sheet so far..

WHAT IS MISSING
=the IIM L I and K converts are missing..request the lucky guys to fill it up
=The GMAT scores of the IIM B converters
=more IIM converts .. hehe

so far this is the trend-
all the IIM A converts are on 760..
to get a IIM A PI invite, one needs to score 760 or more
IIM C seems to have given lower than usual calls at 7 calls only..
IIM B seems to have given higher than usual calls at 6 calls...
NO body has all three - IIM A,B and C ...

Please note these are observations made by looking at the xl sheet.. there have been lot of new names added but nothing beyond that .. request the ppl to update their status..

P.S : There is something sinister about the 760 score- all the four converts at IIM A so far have been on 760 !!!.. wonder if that was a trend..

Rascal...great news, congrats!!

The count of NRI IIMA admits is 5 now . That too only on PG...how many NRI's do you think IIMA has taken in this year??? Also guys, its very noteworthy that IIMA is mainly interested in the the score and 760 seems to have made the cut.

Never thought 20 points would cost me so dearly

yeah after a long wait all the results are finally out. I made it to IIM A,B,C,L. I'm thinking of WIMWI (lol).. wat r ur comments/suggestions re choices? very excited to have got thru and looking forward to an eventful time ahead!
