The best MIS programs in the US are MIT, University of Texas Austin, Case Western Reserve University and Carnegie Mellon University. These "best" Universities have some of the worlds most renoun MIS faculty teaching there.

Second tier may be the University of Colorado at Boulder, University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, Georgia Tech and University of Maryland at College Park.

Indiana University and New York University are good in MIS as well.

With only 2 years of experience, the "best" programs may be a stretch. But if you do well on the GMAT (over 700) I would think you would have a shot at any of the above.

If you get between a 650 and a 700 on your GMAT, I would still apply at some of the better programs such as Michigan and Maryland. And possibly even Case Western and Texas.
