| Getting into ISB/IIMA/IIMC/IIML -

I have a BTech in mechanical engineering from a NIT. I have been working in the software industry for the past 8 years in various capacities. I have worked with start-ups, top consulting firms ,product developement companies and Investment Banks( Please don't think I am bragging about my experience.).For the past one year I am working with an European investment bank on Wall St as a team lead.
Now the thing is ,I want to do my MBA( I always wanted to do it, but was waiting for the right time) in 09 or 10 from ISB or IIMA. I haven't written my GMAT yet but plan to write it within the next 2 months. I can't afford to get rejected as I think I am already too late for an MBA.
It would be of immense help to me if someone who has already got into either of the two schools jot down a few words about what do the admission board or whatever look for in the candidates. How do I make my application more impressive( I am assuming that I can manage a GMAT score of 700+). I was more into tech so I don't extensive managerial experience. |
