Need some advise on B-school selection

HI,

I gave my GMAT yesterday and got 670.I find the score little low as for both power-prep tests i gave, i scored 730-740. Now i am bit confused , whether i should retake the test or send my application with this score.
Here is my profile

• I will complete my 5 years of work in software industry by July 2009.
• I am working with a TOP MNC as a Senior Quality Assurance engineer
• I completed my BE with 76% (with honours)
• I have good extracurricular activities record and was the Student advisor of the college club that was affilitaed to WWF( world wide fund) and got the certificate from WWF.
• I am CAPM(certified associate in project management) certified

Can anyone please suggest me what should be done next.Do I stand a chance in any of the top-20 B-schools
Can anyone direct me to the right forum or site, if this is not the right place to get an answer
