help me make a decision between ISB n Darden.

Great situation to be in, congrats.

I guess it depends on where you want to be post-MBA and what you want to do.

Darden is an internationally renowned program with strengths in pretty much every dept you care - Finance/Marketing/GM. All the big consulting companies come there and the school has top-class faculty.

But if your interest really is to grow in India, I think ISB is a good choice, as it has established itself as a top-program in the country. Although FT ranks it now in the top 20, I have my own reservations on its international reputation at this point.

Mind sharing your profile, I am very interested to know why I didn't even manage to get an interview invite in Darden this year.

very frankly there was nothing stellar abt my profile, probably my essays/intw helped me sneak thru.
