GMAT Score730 but AWA 4.5-Aiming ISB(plss help)

Hi,

I got a score of 730 but only 4.5 in AWA. Plsss tell me how much importance does ISB give to AWA score? Is 4.5 a decent score or a bad one? Plss let me know?
Do I have to retake GMAT to improve in AWA?

Background info:

A sofware engg, with work exp 2.3 as of now.
Grad:75% CSE
Inter: 88% State board of Hyderabad
10th: 78% CBSE

Since you've already posted in the ISB threads, i'm sure someone will reply.

In anycase, 4.5 is pretty decent. Most schools never pay attention to the AWA score unless its really low. So you pretty much have nothing to worry about.
