Nice valid points. But my honest suggesstion, one should not go for an MBA without prior work experience. MBA is all about understanding and assimilating practical reality of life. A whole lot of what is taught / discussed is missed out, if somebody fresh from degree heads for an MBA.
My sincere advice, work for 2-3 years, then try for ISB / IIM. Experience the whole process and then decide which school is the best for you. My vote would offcourse go to ISB. ( I have experienced both XAT/CAT and ISB)
