I do not see enough scope for assumptions lying with this essay.. you are just been appointed to head the team that builds, so basically can't even assure the environmentalists (the resistance group) to helping with aid in afforestation or any other of their activities.. I guess ISB is looking at finding out how well you can diplomatically tell the environmentalists that you appreciate their efforts.. or tell them on their face to find a real job for themselves !

easiest way is to scan the photograph and adjust the pixels by choosing resize option...generally photo editors don't let u change both dimensions..other dimension automatically gets defaulted to some value which we don't want....
I have another prob with ISB APP......Has anyone successfully paid the application fee with an american credit card...transaction fails at payment gateway...dunno how to submit the app..

a. Some software tools accompanying Digital cameras will have the resize option. I am sure "CAMEDIA Master" shipped with Olympus cameras lets us resize images.
b. ImageMagick is a freeware tool that lets us resize images. However, the GUI does not always work and command line option is more reliable.
cheers,
Sarat

- Open the digital copy in Windows Picture & Fax Viewer, hit the PrintScreen button (usually to the right of F12).
- Open MSPaint, and paste - the entire desktop will be pasted there as an image.
- Hit "Esc" or click the "Selection" button in the toolbar, and select the appropriate area of the photograph. As you drag the cursor, you will see the rowsXcolumns displayed at bottom right.
- When the desired size is selected, click Edit > Copy
- Open a new window in MSPaint, with the blank canvas size smaller than what you have copied
- Click Edit > Paste (in Win98/Win2K you might get a warning message, click Ok).
- Click Save, choose type as "JPEG" or "JPG".
You may have to repeat with the window in step 1 resized to different sizes based upon the result of Step 3.
Cheers
