Hey, no offence taken at all

The other thing to would be to look on the net for essay editing services. You don't actually have to buy such a service, but on every site you'll find good points. On www.accepted.com there's a blog about this subject as well. Will post more points when I can think of some.

Cheers

Hi Guys,

I would like to get some information regarding the recomendation. I know that the person will get a link by email. My question is whether one recomendation essay is required or he has to fill in multiple essays. The reason I'm asking is because if he has to fill in multiple essays I might go for paper based recomendation.

Any information will be helpful.

If I remember right, there are 4 questions to be answered, each with its own word limit. On the Evaluation section, you will find a link to a pdf document which has the questions - not sure whether it appears only after your enter the recommenders' details.

Not sure whether that's on option. You need convincing reasons to have a paper recommendation. The best one I've encountered so far is from an applicant from the Govt sector - his recommenders did not have official mail ids.

Cheers

Re: ISB 2009 Aspirants - 13-08-2008, 08:45 PM

I just happened to come across this thread where ppl where sharing their profiles and asking for suggestions as to where they could improve. I intend to do the same thou i wouldn't be coming close to the 2009 ISB admission :

(X)th 72%
(XII) 76%
degree B.com 79%
Recently Qualified as a CA (first attempt)
would be looking forward to work for 3 yrs or soo and then take a dig at ISB with poor extra circulars. In the mean time would be doing some internationally recognised certifications in the field of Finance and Accounts.
How imp are the extra circulars.?
and any other suggestions for the profile?

Hey

Is there any engineer at ISB with a score less than 740 or 730..like between the 690-720 range? Cause it seems everyone from the engineering side is like 730 plus.

How important is AWA score? - 14-08-2008, 10:26 PM

Hi,

I'm planning to apply for ISB hyderabad this year. I got a GMAT score of 730 (96%), but my score in Analytical Writing Skill is a dismal 4.0  . Does AWA play a important role in admissions?

I have good acads ( 90 %) and 3 years work exp and decent extra curriculars
