Hi brandmanager - My score in both attempts were 750 (41V/50Q/5.5AWA) and 660 (39V/42Q/5.0AWA).

You have a great profile. But I think you really need to get a higher GMAT score to compensate for your marks. Dont get me wrong, but the adcom might view your acads plus GMAT as being consistently average. Acads based screening of candidates is typically done before the interview calls are sent.
So if yuo have time to take the GMAT (it wuold be difficult though with the R2 deadline approaching) and get a better score (maybe you got a lower score because of a similar reason like me in my first attempt) do it. Otherwise apply anyway and see how it goes. Incase you get dinged (I pray not ! ) you have 5-6 months to work on your gmat.
