The data here will help future aspirants more than anybody else. So, its best if the EC, work ex et al are well-described so that the aspirants can determine for themselves how well their profile matches with the ones on display.

IMHO, though.

Cheers
Agreed. But I was speaking on behalf on behalf of those like me who are tired typing ECs But I guess that would not serve the purpose. So subjectivity is required !!

I am not sure how subjective information will help us. ECs are very subjective and they need to remain so.
Fields like GMAT score, Graduation College, Graduation %, India Experience, International experience, Industry Sector, and a link to the interview experience page(if any) would help a lot.

Our Pagalguy user names would form a good primary key I guess.

Rest are very subjective and may not be worth capturing. My 2 cents.

I didnt get how this works. That Sl. No will have to be inputted by Chandu or by the concerned ? If chandu then its as good as manual but if by concerned then there is always the risk of Sl. No goof up between two forms !! One goof can ruin the whole list !

We can sort And merge data from the 2 sheets easily..

Needless to say, I am still waiting for suggestions...

There should be a way to auto-generate the serial numbers on the database. Waiting for chandu_v's reply on this one.

Serial number is not working properly with the form. We can infer serial number from the Xls.. but then there is the problem of serial number goof-up.. Going with redh0rn's suggestion..

Great suggestion.. Implementing this..
Give me 15 minutes

Feel ECs better remain in this mode.. Let the candidate describe it in his own words.

Well Chandu, you dont need to create another sheet. I just tried clicking the "Edit this page" link at the bottom of the page and that opens the editable page. That page can be edited by people after they get their results.

PS: I have been silent all through and have dropped plans of applying this year for various reasons. But am nevertheless enjoying the exitement. ATB everyone.
