Given that i have only 16 months of workexp, I'm not extremely hopeful of the ISB thing though. But well, should be clear in a few hours..

Hey Richa,

Last yr - I thought the interview was gud..it was my first I/V exp so I didnt realise that they hadnt grilled me enuf..by grilling I mean that they didnt try to ask questions on each and everything I said. It was a short I/V and lasted only 15 mins. They asked me for an example of a conflict situation ( I guess) and I couldnt give a brilliant answer..but it was decent reply. I guess I was dinged because (1) I applied in 2nd cycle (2) I was called for I/V when 95% of I/Vs were over 1 month ahead of my I/V ..probably they had chosen people by then (3) Probably I/V wasnt perfect ( I realised this when I received a reject mail) (4) My gmat score is below ISB avg.

This year, the discussion was gud..the I/V lasted 45mins but couldnt crack case in a perfect manner..so I dont know ..I am :death:
