Another 24 hours.. for results..based on some rumours..!

Hi Puys,

Just went out for dinner with the Lady, to PF Chang's (Chinese) in 1000-Oaks, CA. And along with the Check was given the ubiquitous Fortune Cookie. And guess what the Fortune Cookie said?

"Wednesday will be a day of rejoicing for you!"

Hey that means the ISB results will be out on late 19th or early 20th. I believe this. I surely do.:confused:

Just kiddin' puys.

But not kidding about what the cookie said. I swear. I can scan a copy of the cookie note and upload it.:detective: I still have it.

If a lot of people keep calling back inspite of your posts, I would suggest that ISB create a pre-recorded message something like:
Welcome to ISB, You have reached admissions.....
Our office timings are.........
1) If you are calling regarding admission results for R1 please be advised that at this time we are still committed to posting the admission decision no later than xxx date....
2) The 2nd frequently called for query etc.....
This information is latest as of Date:xxxxx
If you are calling regarding any other matter please press x to talk to an admissions officer.....

I hope something like this will help (a lot) at least in terms of the # of phones the ad com lady has to pick up...(though there might still be people who would ask her the same question after listening to the msg)...

I had already mailed my marksheets on 10/31 before my interview but adcom had not confirmed the receipt.Has anyone else got such a mail?

I even got a mail from adcom and they asked me for my FYBcom and SYBcom mark sheets and that too urgently...
Have already sent them.... but no confirmation mail till date...
