And now that the interviews are over I would like to make a very important Status Update- Please dont start any debate over this:
"After a thorough check at the admission departments end we found no Nikil Arora or Nikhil Arora to have applied with a score of 800 to ISB for admission."
And as he has not replied to my PM or to my post and I havent seen him around ever since the day i asked him to clear his stand, i guess he as a fake whose only purpose was to create false rumours and image of ISB by stating that ISB rejected someone with an 800 score and a stellar profile and hence ISB has no standard or methodology of selecting students for interviews.
Request all of you to be careful before you ever belive anyone's statement about a B schools. I remember a lot of you casting doubts about ISB selection process, based on this one persons statement that he did not get selected. As future managers, think before reacting to any piece of information.

This is not what I had in mind.. But then, it's not as worse as I thought it would be..

Hi Simz, thanks for clarifying and soothing our nerves. I mean, we knew this was the case all along, but the edginess was getting to some of us (me included ;-) )

The officical date is 20th and thats the worst that I can promise you. The admission committee will be discussing the admission offers this week, and if they complete their discussion and decisions earlier then the results will be declared earlier. But thats something we can't promise upfront.
Im sure all of you understand the complications of the interview process and the effort that the adcom puts in selecting the best among the best for ISB. It takes time.

Neo_Rulzz,
Dont ever give up... never ever!
Its a small battle of life, we can't afford to believe we lost it. We are the best of the best, right?
Believe in winning, there are many more obstacles to come on our ways, we gotta handle them and we gotta survive through them victoriously! thats all i have to say!

Inspite of all my planning, circumstances (concerning my liquid assets) have ensured that the Nov salary will play a pivotal role for me..
So I really hope results are not declared before the 16th. Not that I won't be able to pay up, but I would hate to liquidise my illiquid assets when the market's so low
Cheers
