Hey guys...

Had my interview today....was pretty much cool...
the panel consisted Ms. Hema (adcom), Ashish(alum) and another alum.

the word i got was "Fabulous"

but,

SUPRISE! SURPRISE!..

No Why MBA/ISB/Now?
No Career/Post MBA goals
No Essay related questions
No EC/Hobby related queries

was all centered on my job profile, Patent, cross cultural/international experience, team working and my korean girlfriend...

handled all above mentioned topic like a seasoned player...and i was feeling like they will offer admission today itself...

just then came the bouncer...which i played on to my stumps...

Case study on marketing strategy for a new company entering into FPD segment in India...i made assumptions...they cross questioned...i went blank...though i knew replies...but just couldnt recall then...case went from 100% to 50-50 for me...

anyhow...cant change it...leaving all to almighty...

ATB to other hopefulls...and congrats to mumbai aspirants on recieving call...

Just wanted to know if the emails are sent out only to applicants who have been shortlisted or do they said out the dreaded mails of the other kind as well?

P.S: Mumbai applicant here and i'm currently shitting bricks. The wait is killing me

Guys interviewing in delhi - couple of qns :

1) where is the venue (behind erstwhile sheraton, saket)
2) any idea abt reapplicants - sumthng to watch out for?
3) are the interviews stressful or not?
4) are they harping a lot on MBA - post mba aspirations etc??

Check out the application portal - your result, if decided, will be posted there. It'll say "Shortlisted", "Not Shortlisted" or "Completed".

Anytime between this weekend and 25th (as per sources)... I have given up on being anxious ...preparing for the interview nevertheless hoping for the best...

What is FPD, do you mean flat panel display(I googled it ) was the question somewhat related to your work or was it just out of nowhere. Did you know earlier wat FPD was. Can you please give out the exact ques.

Hey dude, looks like you had a good interview. Don't worry much about the case study- it's a small thing and there's much otherwise to be optimistic about.
