@Mods : Since this happens to be the only active thread related to AIM, so why not make it a universal thread for AIM by changing name of the thread to something like "Asian Institute of Management Discussions" (or something better).
I believe the number of people applying for AIM are too few and hence creating a thread year-on-year would be confusing.
