Here is what you can do:

Step 1. Fill in the online application form and submit it.

Step 2. Subsquently apply for the SPJAT test ( to be held on 2nd FEB) mentioning your Application no (u got in step 1)

Step 3. Appear for the exam on 2nd FEB & once the exam is over , in a weeks time or so you will get your score( via Email). Further ADCOM will decide.

Alternatively you can do the following as well.

Step 1. First apply for the SPJAT test ( to be held on 2nd FEB) simply by registering online on Sp jain website.

Step 2: Appear for the exam on 2nd FEB & once the exam is over , in a weeks time or so you will get your score via Email.

Step 3. Now fill in the online application form mentioning your score and submit it. Thats all, Rest leave it to tthe Adcom.

One important thing, Your application wont be evaluated unless you have submitted it with some score(CAT/GMAT/SPJAT) , which means that your appln will be in a suspended state till they recieve some score( CAT/GMAT/SPJAT). Now the choice is yours , u can either submit the appnl now and latter submit the score via email mentioning your Appln no or U can first give the test get the score , than submit the appln mentioning your score.

SPJAT cutoff is 75%. if you clear this and if your overall profile is liked/shortlisted by the Adcom, u will be called for GD/PI process to be held in mumbai involving following rounds:
1. Case study/essay writting
2. Group discussion
3. First pannel interview ( Elimination round)
4. Final interview with Director ( Only for those who clear the 3 round)

is the spjat conducted on feb 2 the admission test for the june intake.
i mean will spjat be conducted again [after the feb 2nd one] for the june intake
i can't take the spjat on feb 2nd so just wanted to know whether it will be conducted again .if so how many more no. of times?

hi ,
i scored 94 percentile in CAT
acads 10 th 87 % (CBSE)
12 th - 90% (CBSE)
2 yrs work exp ..
kindly let me know if i stand a chance with the GMBA programme ...
also i havent applied yet .. i am thinking of applying online in the next few days .. kindly let me know if i am too late and if my chances will be affected ..

Hello Mate,

Generally SPJAT are conducted twice or thrice for every intake. The dates for the second & third test have not been declared yet.Expect them in the middle of Feb or end of Feb.

Your Overall profile (CAT/Acads/Wrkx) looks good.From my point of view u do stand a chance so dont worry.Lets hope Adcom thinks the same way as i do.

It would really be appreciated if someone can post here the date of joining (or atleast the month of joining) for GMBA if he/she has got any confirmation mail from SP Jain regarding the joining date. I sent a mail few days back asking them to confirm whether it is May or June. But no replies till now
