Hi All,

I am applying for Dec 2008 Intake as well. I have a query mentioned below and I'll be really grateful of any one who could answer it-

I have a near bout 2 yrs of work ex as a soft engg and I want to go for PMM. I need help as to how to prepare for my PI's and GD's. Especially PI as I have heard that it is one of the most imp criterion for ur selection. If any one who has done/ is doin PMM currently can share his/her experiences with us and can guide us as to what can we expect in the PI.

Hi Asham

You need to be able to link your wrk ex with what u want to do in spj.
Also u shud be able to convince the panel abt this switch to PMM.

I have gone thru the selection process and its pretty cool...... just as long as u r sure of what u want to do and why

Thanks a lot Puneet.
Can u give me some pointers as how to answer them effectively considering my IT bckgrnd?? I wuld also request Anyone from IT backgrnd who has also gone through the admission process to help me out with these.Any sort of help wuld be great as Im findin it diff to chalk out a good answer for that.

Dude,

It is not difficult if you are clear in your mind what you what to do and why.

I had 1.5 years of IT experience and i completed my GMBA with PMM in Dec07.

But you need to be clear and now a days quality of PMM batch has also gone to a very high level. It was the same case when i took admission but still it was easier than present. Although with the IT background questions that i faced in PI were about marketing like '' What is the difference between Marketing strategy for Insurance and Ceiling fan''

So u need to be fully aware of why you want to go to PMM.

Plz tell me abt the test pattern and hw to prepare for the same.
i am planning to give this test on Aug-08.
It wud be great help for me if u share ur experience.
