I am a bit surprised to see you ask this . I dont know if you have already browsed through the SPJCM website or not but i would i would definitely advice you to do that.
There are several companies like Microsoft , Barclays , Cognizant , TCS, Citibank , Ernt & Young, KPMG etc. which recruit from SPJCM and i am sure they consider the students to be an MBA, so i dont know where is the question of recognition.
Yes, for PhD there may be certain criterias which need to be fulfilled and these are specific to the Universities, so i cannot comment on that.
If i were you , i would goto SPJCM and SIIB website and look at the following:
>Avg Batch Work Ex
>Avg Salaries
>Fees
and then consider my 35 months of experience and weigh it against all these factors and take a call.
It totally depends on you, so you decide what you want from an MBA ....
