Im very keen on applying to Insead. Im not sure as to whether i should apply for the 09intake

My profile:

Acads are decent. though i have maintained a distinction in all board and university exams.
Extra curriculars:

Also participated in inter college throwball events.
Ive just enrolled as a volunteer with an ngo.

Im currently working at Ernst & Young in the assurance department im working on audits and due diligences. Ive also worked on some financial surveys which were published in newpapers. In a few months im taking a shift in service line, planning to join the ey risk adivory services.

Hi insead.alum07

I don't know if you are still monitoring this thread. I am applying for admission to INSEAD for the September 2009 intake. I was hoping you could comment on my profile/goals.

WorkEx: 4 years in a Systems Company (2 years in India and 2 years in California)
Education: Undergrad in Computer Engineering from an IIT
Extracurriculars: I was involved in Dramatics in college and a a few technical events. At work, I organize technical events. I volunteer at a non profit in San Francisco that works to bridge the digital divide.
GMAT: 770

In the short term, I want to move to a marketing role in a technology firm operating in an emerging market. I'm applying to INSEAD because of truly international nature of the program.

Dear INSEAD Aspirants,

INSEAD requires a minimum score of 105 in TOEFL iBT out of 120.

Infact, I had written to admissions committee regarding this and they are adamant on that. My TOEFL score is 104
