Hey Guys,

Received an Admit from LUMS yesterday. Thanks for all the previous posts. Did help a lot.

Nowz the big Go/noGo decision to be made. Have been talking to a lot of Alumni and current students to get more on the course and placements.

A big thank you to harsha for coming forward to answer the questions. Really helps.

cheers

@Vivek, Rishi, Kishore,

Has any of you confirmed the admit and paid up the 1500 GBP fee? There is a 4 week period right. How rigid is the deadline? I have a couple of admits pending..However, Lancaser ranks right at the top in value for money. Having got very favourable reviews about the course from the several alums and current stuents that I have spoken to, am prompted to go ahead and confirm my offer. About the placements, we can always work towards em and can try and make it post-MBA.

There isnt much activity here in recent times..Lemme know what you guys ve decided to do.

Hi Hrishi,

I confirmed my admission to CEIBS. I was kinda apprehensive of the post MBA job market in UK especially with LUMS...

Being a one year program, I was impressed with the faculty in Lancaster. But I was even more impressed with the companies that are hiring at CEIBS, its growth and reach out of its alumni...

Anyway Lancaster was my choice ...and darden was my second....till this one came in...I am gonna start on Aug 21...a week before you guys start...

Anyway good luck to you guys....

Kishore

Hi everybody,
i read thru this forum and was fortunate to find substantial info and interest in lancaster. I am one of the aspirant.
I don't know if i am too late to apply
i found something quiet surprising..the EIU website says applicant to admit ratio to be 7:1. but here is see that mose of those who applied got thru...don't indians get rejected ?
hoping some more action on this thread

First up, Congrats to all the call getters! .

OK Guys, this is not in context with the topic here but wanted to ask.

My GMAT is in Late April, and considering that application is only till May-End to the max, how much time does it take to apply to Lancaster??I mean is the form very lengthy??(I'll be applying online). Has anybody here applied online for Lancaster??Is the form very lengthy??How many essays/reco letters do they require??

Would be very grateful if someone could please answer these questions, thanks .
