I however, have an interview comnig for queens, Canada next week and I have to accept NUS by Jan 30th.
So I am a littler unsure of paying up before I get the results from Queens.
Do you have any clue regarding Queens in comparison to NUS except for the rankings.

Hey Priya,
I do not know enough about HEC Paris to compare between the two. But I can tell you about NUS. I am pasting the link to my Why NUS? post below.
Why NUS?
Then maybe you can find the corresponding fact about HEC Paris and then decide based on your priority and better fit between the two. Each of the points made in the above post are based on the following questions. I have given you to the answer for NUS. You give the answer for HEC Paris.
1. Most important: Does the courses offered suit YOUR profile and fit in YOUR long term career plans?
2. Global Reputation
3. Quality of students who get an admit
4. Diversity of students
5. Faculty and methodology of teaching
6. Business importance of Location
7. Duration of course
8. What kind of financial burden will you need to take and ROI.
9. How much flexibility does the course allow? Can you pursue it in a way you like?
10. What schools do the students go for an exchange? Is the cost included in the fees?
11. What course material gets used for teaching?
12. How good is the infrastructure?
13. What about student VISA and work permit issues?
14. Not only where all you have a chance for employment Post-MBA but all what kind of profile get offered?
15. How recognized is the degree in case you want to come back to India?
16. Will you face any cultural issue while pursing you MBA there?
The above questions are which I asked myself while deciding on NUS. There might be many others as per your priorities and goals. This is once in a lifetime decision and you should not regret later. So you have to be absolutely convinced that it is the right choice for you. I do not really think anyone else can answer the question "Is school A better or B better?". You have to research and find facts which interest you.
Whichever school you decide on will be the right decision. All the best.
Thanks,
Abhishek.
