Hi,

I received an admit from Fisher today morning. They have said that the documents related to financial formalities will be sent to me soon. I wanted to know if anyone else has got those documents already. If yes please send me a PM with your email-id, I would like to contact you for more information about the same. They said that information related to Scholarship would be provided in the time to come. fingers crossed for that.

Good luck to all!

Hello Guys,

Two updates from my side:

1> Fisher has sent an invitation mail for Red Carpet Weekend. I am planning to attend the same. They are also arranging for travel, meals and accommodation.

Any one else coming to Columbus!!

2> Got a mail from fisher that I have been nominated for University Fellowship, which if approved, will make me eligible for stipend $1250 /month apart from the full tuition waiver. They will inform me about the result of fellowship competition by 10th March.

Cheers,
Amit

Hi,

I attended a financial Mgmt lecture...a Prof. of German descent (from Wharton) was teaching the course...I thought his teaching style was rather unique and he was engaging the class pretty well.

Hi Ankit,

I had submitted my application on 5th Nov.. My application status changed to deffered on 13th Dec.. It still shows as deffered.. However, last week I received a mail from them giving an official confirmation that I have been waitlisted and my application will be reviewed in subsequent rounds.. They also asked me to add any additional info that would strengthen my chances which I assume are nil..

Hi Guys.

My application status shows deferred and it has been so since a long long time. I mailed the adcom and they said that "Deferred" means wait-listed (for what that I am yet to figure out). Hope the wait is for this year only..........

I am also waitlisted at Fisher.. As someone at this forum noted that Fisher has waitlisted most of its first round applicants...

It seems fisher is seeking higher GMAT candidate to improve their profile. I had recieved a mail suggesting me to retake GMAT to strengthen my application.
