mba_fall2008, congratulations. Can you please share how was your interview experience ?
I applied to R2 (Jan 15th) deadline, just got an interview invite from UW. Since, they said that face-to-face interview is better, I have scheduled it on March 4th, in Bangalore.
Any tips ?
Also, do most of the people who apply get an interview invite, or only a selected few ?

@MentalGuy...thanks!
About the Interview, my interviewer was Miss Erin Denett member of Adcom and was on campus. She was very sweet.
Questions were basic:
Why Mba?
Why Now?
Long term Goal.
Why Foster?
Why should Foster consider you?
Contribution to Foster.
And then u can ask anything about the program if you have to.
Lasted around 30 min.
To what i have read they invite 60% applicants and select approx 35% applicants.
You can gather more stuff from Gmatclub. Many people from tht forum have been admitted.
Where else have you applied?
Let me know if you need to know something.
Good luck!
