Dear Applicants,

We wanted to inform you that after substantial study of the TOEFL speaking section, Penn State University graduate school has lowered the minimum score from a 23 to 20 out of 25. English language is a critical competency for success in the Smeal MBA program, and we will continue to use the application and interview process to help us assess English proficiency. Best wishes on your business school selection process.
