I am looking at HR in US b schools. I have excellent Recos from my Managers and Client (if needed). Would the fact that I am applying for HR and not for Finance/Consulting etc as most students do help my case? Please provide your inputs on the same. Also, retaking GMAT would not be an option as I am already late in the game. Thanks Niki
