Man!! The stress is unbearable....I just hope they get my decision out asap. I'm pretty sure that I'm gonna get a DING, but I want total closure!

Does anyone here know of any applicants from India who got accepted?

Nitin,

Actually I read on a blog that last year, out of all Indians accepted at Kellogg just one was working in India. Remaining were already in US. Can't say if this info is authentic but it may have some truth in it.

Hi Guys,
I am an R2 applicant and submitted part-1 of the application yesterday.
Got two mails from Kellogg saying that the application was submitted and then received by them. Plan to submit part-2 in another 10 days.
But from all the talk on this thread, I fear that none of the Indian junta might be getting in!!

I request the R1 junta to provide some tips as to what should be done differently..

Don't do anything differently. Just be yourself and put in your best application.

there will be no more further interveiw assignments for R1 or would they? any idea to what extent this call for interveiw after the initial waiver reflect on one's application progress? I mean if you dont get the call after the waiver, is that effectively a full stop?

Btw my profile
GMAT 770
IIT background
Industry- Manufacturing
Work Ex - 3.5 yrs as of now.
Decent acads and extracurriculars.
Well Anu_krishnan, kellogg sends that mail to applicants in cases they cannot provide alumni interview. But they will definitely schedule an interview if they like your file.
BTW, I also have a similar profile. which IIT are you from?

Dude! Don't say that! I just parted with $225 toward the Kellogg Application!!
There's hope for R2. Maybe they realise they'll never get any Bright, talented Indian and accept R2 applicants! No?

Btw, what have you/others done about the transcripts? I'm a U of Pune graduate and are we expected to upload scanned marksheets? Or Do we directly send them the official transcript from the College?
