Nanyang application interviews and admits (2008)

Hi Guys...

I dont know what Nanyang guys are upto, Its almost been 8 weeks since I have submitted my applicationand still no reply,

I have mailed nanyang office several times and get the same reply to be patient.

has any one of you guys secured admission to Nanyang 2008...

Hi mits1982,

I had completed my application by oct end...hmm....thats around 18 weeks and have not heard back....so guess patience it is....

Does anyone know (from other threads or alumni contact) when do they send out the shortlists and actually take the PI?

Also, are the PI's telephonic or does the faculty fly down to India to take the interviews?

few of my essays were 300+ words. and it allowerd me to submit my app. I guess there is a limit of characters (<2500) which is enforced more strictly.

I submitted my app last week. Got a mail from Anna on Monday asking me to send the relevant documents asap as they are required to process my application...I've sent the docs today...

Puys....need to wait long for NTU....they accept all the applications till mar31 and start with the review.....this info. i got from Anna....so we all need to wait

18 Weeks thats a long time almost 1/4 of MBA duration... am really not sure what this guys are upto...

But not sure if this is how it really works...

I think it is on a rolling basis for other countries. I was reading the previous posts in the thread and it seems people from other nationalities have already been offered admission.quite possible that for Indians they will start evaluation after 31st March...

dont think they would have bias against indian candidates....
no one from pg has got a call might just be a coincidence...hehe
