Oxford 2008 Application and Beyond

Isnt it strange that they are asking for our credit card details for application fee ? shouldnt a univ like oxford have a payment gateway on their site?

Hi Slowhand, I was also surprised that OX doesnt have a proper payment mode.
Infact, I was skeptical to send those details through a mail. But Oxford is not handling the application process technically. Perhaps, Ox doesnt want the third party which is providing the technical support to take care of the financial issues. I can see this as the only reason for directly collecting the card details from us.
I also got an email from the Oxford management (Not the automatic reply we got when we submitted the application) that my application is complete with all the supporting documents and that they will consider it for R1.

I am also applying to Judge. Thought of Manchester but it is 18 months in duration.

I havent got any such mail... so may not be considered for R1. I submitted on the last day....and sent my credit card information on the 28th.

Has anyone applied for IELTS/TOEFL waiver ?

I got such email today that all the required docs have been recieved by sbs for them to consider my app in the R1.

Are any of the UK B School applicants also applying to US schools? I am planning to apply to Oxford and HEC, apart from some US schools......will be going in for R2 at Oxford
