| strategy for essays -

Hi this KP. I have an IT expreince iof 4.5 years, working as tech head in an IT company.
MY GMAT score is 730. I am applying to Wharton, Kellogs, Columbia, Cornell and ISB Hyd. My only issue was essay
writing as being an IT guy, for me getting words at right place was not easy.
1)I started with reading the essay question again and again, till i consolidated my thoughts
2) which I started writing in my notebook.
3) Then I went through to understand the req of each Biz schools
4) Tried to make my app as unique as possible.
5) Grammatical mistakes removed by my friend and then finally I opted for this editing service from <snip>
BTW, I have done decent extra-curricular.Do you think my selection is OK for the schools.
