Hi Folks,

I have one doubt regarding the application submission. I want to know whether we can send the supporting documents (transcripts etc) before submitting the application online?

If not, than we would have to submit the online application at least 3-4 days before. Please clarify.

Thanks,
Ausdia

Hi guys...thanks for livening up this forum. Regarding docs and how to sent them i am not able to get any help. What i am going to do is get all my marksheets attested by a local court and courier them. Since i will not able to finish the forms in next 2-3 days i am planning to courier them earlier. I will also be writing a mail to adcom today regarding all this doubt. I wrote toefl on 12/09 and yet to receive any result from them and i don't want to submit the application before that.

My Profile:
would have 84 months on next aug.
IT exp all these years.I am trying to move into strategic consultancy in my firm, so added that in my essay
xth-91%
xii--71
IIT-75%
GMAT 700

applied for ISb also.Missed IMD and IIM A, next colleges in my lists are Oxford and cambridge. i don't want to go for two years mba as ROR is not that great.

-cheers

Hi everyone,

I wanted to check if you need to enclose a covering letter along with supporting documents - transcripts and certs - to INSEAD admisssions office. if so, wht does the covering letter have to contain?

Thnx

This might help. These are the answers i received from the INSEAD adcom

Please find below the answers to your questions:

1) Do send your transcripts before the deadline. No need to write the application ID, by your name we will attach it to your application later on.
You cannot send it by fax, we need the originals or certified copies.

2) Yes, you should submit your application by the deadline, even if you have not received the TOEFL score. If your degree was exclusively, there was no need to take the TOEFL, but we will include it in your file.

Please let me know if you have any other question.

Kind Regards
Admissions Team

I had just couriered it to INSEAD. Gosh its costly..dhl student service is the cheapest of all.its 968 buck. I haven't given any covering letter and i don't think it is required.

Shrek - I don't think a cover letter is required... they typically match name and date of birth on the paperwork to consolidate the app... so just sending the paperwork should be fine.

ATB everyone... just one week to go!
