I use the process of elimination. Rule out all the unfavorable options till you are left with the most appropriate option.

You can get the info on how points are calculated directly from the OZ immigration website. The points calculation will change slightly from Sept 07 onwards.. Even those changes are given

As far as I know, MBA from AGSM or MBS will let you apply for a United Kingdom HSMP visa, NOT an Australian PR visa.

Of course, getting an education in Australia (not limited to MBA in MBS/AGSM) may contribute to getting more points for Australian PR, but you wont be automatically eligible until you fullfill the points requirement.

is that so...?? aus degree aint worth??c'mon there gotta be a solid reason behind this...coz...i'm in my final year n planning to do my masters 4m aus only....HELP!!!!!

If u think we are saying something which is not right than do ask this question to your consultant too.. he would say the same thing... As AUS/NZ degree is not worth in India.

i completely agree....the degree is useful only if u plan to settle thr...othrwise its no use...plus securing an admission thr is very easy...m sayin all this coz i hv frnds ovr thr...and universities like UTS offer MBA for ppl wid limited work ex...but again its not of much use....and waise bhi if u r keen on spendin so much money, den y not invest it in some good university in UK or US?? the othr thng is that the PR rules hv changed....its not easy to get PR now..so if u belong to a very rich family n r lookin jus fa an exposer den go for it....anothr thng dat my frnd told me was dat almost all students think they will put in a 100% effort before goin thr...After reaching Australia, they somehow lose that motivation and enthusiasm very quickly...so its not a bed of roses....be very sure wen u decide....i wud suggest u to take 2-3 yrs of work ex and den go in fa a good university in UK or US...that'll b more "profitable"....tk cr!!

Only two institutes, AGSM and MBS, are worth of doing MBA in AUS, especially for internationals. AGSM has been ranked in top 50 worldwide by FT and has been ranked best in APAC by Forbes. MBS is also comparable. Both also fall in UK govt.'s 50 programs eligible for HSMP-MBA provision. However, if you already have PR of AUS, then it is very easy to land into a good job there after MBA. But, if one does not want to settle in AUS, better not go there. Otherwise it is one of best country on the earth to live in.

AGSM, MBS and even Latroube, MIB are good one. But again the prob is in india aus degrees are not given any importance.

As far as i ahve heard, MBS and AGSM are the best places to get MBA in Australia.
If you are planning to be in Australia for few years then go for it. It again heavily depends on getting a PR. If you can get a PR then doing MBA is Aust is good .

Normally all uni in aus ask.. You can chk thier site and fill up an enquiry form over there.. than u will get a free call from them and get solved all ur query free with nice voice from opposite end
