you are very right, each one has his own decision to make..if I was going to stay in my industry, I would have probably done part-time but then again I knew it would be too much work for me!! (not that full-time is easy) and yes each one has to weigh this decision against the GC application. As far as I know, among the well known schools, only Univ of Michigan (Ross) lets its part-time students career access as well..but I know it has ruffled the feathers of full timers

I think that even on part-time basis, you can attend career fairs, interviews and company presentations if you can juggle your schedule a bit. Of course its easier said than done. The key is to choose schools which do not bar part time students from utilizing their career services. So it all comes down to how much work you can do, are willing to do and what matters to you. MBA should be viewed as a long term investement and should not be measured by the first job you land.
