OK...so I am your run-of-the-mill IT professional looking to change career and believe an international MBA should be an ideal launch pad.. -Would have completed 5 years of full time work by Fall 2008.
-Graduate in Comp Sc. from India
-Post graduation in wireless communications from Italy.
-Average GPA (Graduate and PG)
-Have lived (studied and worked) in Italy for 2 yrs.
-Working in London for the last one year for a major operating system company. Will have completed 2.5 yrs by fall 2008.
-English and Italian language -GMAT-- 700
Every time I think of doing an MBA, my self-doubt monsters invade my thought process. -Almost no extra curriculsr activities to write home about.
-Very little career progression. Though I am currently tech leading an important part of a company critical project which involves doing all the project mgmt works but designation (sw engineer) is deceptive.
-I have switched jobs more than I would have liked. Current employer is my fourth. Though I feel I can justify this to adcom.
Considering I have written thoughtful essays and have decent recos what are my chances of getting a interview call at LONDON BUSINESS SCHOOL?
Please share your thoughts. It will be much appreciated.
