Hi Amit,

Is warwick really good for international students??
More than 78% of its class and faculty is international.

Do international students especially frm India land jobs easily?
I am not sure if international student lands up job easily, but 90% of warwick student get an employment 3 months after MBA. Moreover, All MBAs from Warwick automiatically are eligible for HSMP visa, which allow them to work in UK for 2 yrs and this VISA can then be extended for another 2 yrs.

Non finance/IT jobs
do you mean non-finance and non-it jobs, it completely depends on the pre-mba expereince of an individual. But almost all good companies recruit at Warwick. Check WBS :: Warwick Business School

How does warwick compare with other UK schools or mid range US/canadian options
WBS is in top 5-6 UK schools, and it is ranked 36 in the world by prestigious FT rankings.
Warwick is one of the older and respected business school in UK. It gives lots of emphasis on pre-MBA experience. I would rate it in the same league as Oxford-Said, Cambridge-Judge, Manchester & Cranfield.

I am not sure how do i compare it with US schools as unlike US MBA programs, warwick have a one yr MBA programme.

Hope this is helpful.

Kapmah,

Congratulations on getting into MAnnheim; so are you starting your first term at warwick? I would have thought you would have atleast started your 1st term at MAnnheim then go for an exchange program. Anyways, you are welcome and looking fwd to see you.

Hello Praveen,

I have already applied for sep 2007 and got 7000 EURO schol. Mannheim is Germany# 1 school and living cost is also less as compared to UK. As part of the School policy the first 2 terms will be at partner schools like warwick, copenhagan, ESSEC( France), EADA( Spain), IIM Bangalore, Thunderbird ( US), Queens ( Canada) etc. So i will get the exposure to the worlds best school. Planning to join warwick either in 1st term or 2nd term with Finance electives. I am not frm a finance background. I have done M.Tech from IIT Bombay.

See u in Warwick.

Hi guys

Can anyone tell me how long warwick business school unually takes to do following steps from the date of confirming receipt of complete documents for full time mba:

a) shortlisted for an interview
b) interview
c) selection/ rejection of the candidate
d) how much time one has to let wbs know if he wants to join the course or not

Can someone tell me approx time once should expect for each of above mentioned process questions for full time mba of copenhagen business school as well. also, can someone shed light on cbs, how good the school is and why it is not ranked in full time mba rankings and post mba job situation.

thanks
kapil
