Queen's / Oxford - SAID - 04-03-2007, 02:33 AM

Hi All,

I have an admit from SAID as well as from Queen's. Need some inputs regarding the choice that I need to make.

My profile :
GMAT : 730
Work-Ex : 5 years in IT ( 1.5 years in UK )

I am looking towards IT consulting job function after my business education. have no constraint about a particular location

the differentiating factors between 2

Oxford :
1. Brand value and one of the fast growing schools in Europe
2. location - being in UK and included in list of colleges applicable for HSMP
3. My work ex in Uk for arnd 1.5 years which might help while looking for jobs post MBA
4. Costly compared to Queen's and with scholarships

Queen's
1. Close to US - arguably best job market for MBA's
2. Less Costly.
3. have got a Scholarship which reduces the financial burden
4. School seems to be known less outside Canada

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated

Rgds,
garfield
