I've been waitlisted too! On March 31st. I emailed them on April 1st like the letter said to do and have yet to hear back. Then, I called the office on the 10th and left a voicemail, haven't called me back. Honestly I'm a little upset, I think it's unprofessional and it's been almost 3 weeks now! Did they get back to you?

Wow! Thanks for the info! Honestly, that just reflects badly on the school if they are rude and unattentive. I mean don't tell us to email somebody to see how we can improve our application if you're not going to get back to us! I thought business schools were supposed to be "professional" this certainly is a poor reflection of that. I think that I was waitlisted because of my GMAT score, it's at the bottom of their range. But, if they are going to waitlist us, they should at least follow up. GOOD LUCK!

No I'm not international. I live in Washington DC but am from Boston orginally, and I'd like to go back, hence why I applied to Babson.

Re: Babson MBA -- any acceptances -

Hi all, i just wanted to share some info with wait listed candidates. I was a R2 applicant and got my offer on Mar 26 and was asked to submit my initial deposit by april 26. I did not submit the deposit because i had an offer from Manchester business school, UK and am inclined to join that. So last week, Bob sent me an email reminding me of the deposit. he also requested in his email to make my decission quickly, as there were many waitlist candidates and they wanted to extend the offer to them. I finally sent my decline email yesterday. i am sure some other students would be in the same position as me who would have declined the offer lastweek or this week. So the point is that the adcom will compile the waitlist confirm list in the coming weeks and send across the communications. So guys, I would suggest please have patience for another 2 weeks i am sure some waitlist would be converted to confirm..
Thanks
-Sam
