Let me start with the standard disclaimer - there are no cookie cutter ways to analyze profiles
10th and 12th scores don't matter anymore. so don't even mention them anywhere.
3.25 yrs mean nothing, by which i mean it doesnt convey anything. It is the career progress which is important. That must come out in the essays - where i began, where you are and what happened in between. How do u see that helping in ur MBA experience and how do u see that helping in ur life beyond MBA.
I assume that u have an average "volume" of extra currics. I am sure u'd have some interesting things to share abt ur extra currics - share them with the AdComm.
Generally speaking - it is more abt the quality of stuff than the quantity. So in 3.25 yrs of professional experience, you should explain to the Adcomm how u have performed. In the limited EC experience u have, explain what u enjoyed and why and how u performed there.
The bottom line is that u present ur profile in the most interesting and impressive way possible.
Easy to say, hard to do
If you can achieve that, i dont see why you would not get an interview invite from any top school
