Dear Sumit,
Your profile sounds alright but i cannot comment on your chances of getting placed, that is the decision of the admissions Committee.

hey rutty...
first i'll introduce myself briefly..
i am currently in my final yr of B.Tech..
took both cat and xat but didn do really well.. not gud enuff to get even a decent b school.. was really lookin forward to applyin at spjain dubai... heard great stories bout placements and great academics out ther..
neways.. now ll be takin up my job at IBM.. during the comin summers i will take up gmat also...
now my queries are:
1) since gmat scores are valid for 5 yrs.. i plan to take the test in may and apply with these scores to spjain dubai may be after 20-24 motnhs of work experience . so will 2 yr ols gmat scores be accepted at spjain??
2) as far as my academics are concerned.. i have a decent 71 in X but a miserable 59 in XII... and will pass out wid 6.9 CGPA (eq to 69%) from my graduation (B.Tech in Computer science engg).. so would a work ex of around 24 months or sumthin in a compnay like IBM compensate for my just bout average academics if taken as a whole??
3) and how much difference is there in salaries of candidates with and without work experience...
please clarify the same...
thanks in advance.. | | | | | | | |

Dear Peeush,
1) as of now we are accepting GMAT scores of upto the past 3 years, I cannot say what the criteria would be when you plan to apply.
2) again, that would be a decision of the Academic Committee and on what are the entry criterion at the time when you apply.
3) Info on placements is available on the post at SP Jain Dubai and Singapore - Admission Queries

Dear Ms Rutty,
My query is that in case a person is shortlisted for evaluations, what are the documents required for him/her to carry?
I ask this question since I graduated from college in 2003 and went straight to work, and so have no recommendations from teachers what so ever, and hence am a bit worried about the required documents.
Please clarify exact documents required, so that I can nevertheless start to arrange the documents immediately, so that I dont be late for this reason.
Regards,
Avdhesh. | | | | | | | |

Good morning Rutty.
Have you started dispatching the welcome kits to those who have paid the initial deposits?

Rutty,
When are the results of SPJAT conducted on Feb 25 expected? Are the results mailed to our email ID's or do we have to check the site?

Dear Rutty
On reading your post on EVALUATIONS on SP Jain Dubai and Singapore - Admission Queries and from SP Jain's website I learnt that there are no placement specifically for PMM candidates. I have opted for PMM and hence worried regarding this. Are there any seperate placements for PMM students or they are club together withh SMM guys for placements?
Please clarify my doubt
Regards
