It usually takes a lead time of 2-3 weeks to put up the status from the date of submission of the application. Please keep this in mind and refrain from calling us to know the status over the telephone.

Since i am not sure whether i am eligible to give GMAT or not as i dont have a graudate degree, can i give the aptitude test conducted by SP Jain?

Also tell me do i need to apply seperatly for this aptitude test or the admission form includes this option.

When is next intake starting after may 08?

And what happens in a case where a person doesnt clear these tests.

yes you can take the aptitude test but we are not conducting any more tests for the May 08 intake. You can apply for the Dec 08 intake.

Dear Madam

Thank you for updating the status of my application in the website.
I understand from the update that my application (22921-PMM) has been
placed in the waiting list due to certain reasons. I am writing this
to you, to seek some clarification.

1) Keeping in mind that the last round of evaluations are going to
take place by the first weekend of april, can I come to a conclusion that
I have not been fortunate, if I dont get any further update beyond
april first week?

2) Does the specialization I choose play a role during the first
stage of evaluating the application? (I would even choose Global Logistics
and Supply chain management as a specialization if it does) I was in a
dilemma between PMM and GL&SCM while applying, as both are in my
favorable consideration.

Waiting for your advice and thanking you in advance for the same.

Hi Shwetha,

I attended the evaluations on 9th Feb for SMM and post evaluation was waitlisted.
Was informed that the waitlist will be reviewed on timely basis when need arises and max I have to wait till mid April.
As it is already more than a month, just out of curiosity wanted to know if the review
of waitlist is done after the march evaluations or wailist will be only reviewed after April evaluations.

Just I wanted to assess my chances ...

We havent yet decided the date for the aptitude test for the Dec 08 intake. As we are currently in the admissions cycle for the May 08 intkae - details forthe Dec 08 intake will only be updated around mid of May or early June.

Pls check our website around that time for updated regarding the Dec 08 intake

hi,

1) Yes, if you do not hear from us by 1st week of April then it would mean that you are not shortlisted

2) Yes, the Admissions COmmitee does screen your form based on the specialisation you have opted for and asseses your suitability for the spec opted.
However if they find you to be suitable for another spec. you will receive an email from our end asking if you wish to be considered for a spec more suited to you.
