Hi Ms Rutty,

I have registered online and also would be appearing for the SPJAT on 1st March 08.
In case my application does get shortlisted for evaluation (GD/PI process), then I should be expecting a call in the month of March (for May 08 intake) ..is that right ?

Well, here is the hitch ...I am currently working and would be leaving onsite for sometime in March, April ....so in case I am selected for evaluation, can it be rolled over for the Dec 08 intake instead of the may 08 intake ??

Please guide me on the same..

Hello Shweta/Rutty,

I had applied for the GMBA program on 14th Feb'08.(App no. 21978-IT ) But still havent received any intimation about the second round of evaluation.

I know for a fact that people with similar profiles and later application dates have received calls for the second round of evaluation.

Can you please let me know by when can I expect a response from the GMBA team ?

Hello,
I have checked the the placement records displayed on the website.
Please can you give me the exact average and median salaries in both categories:
1)PPl who are placed in India and being offered packages in INR
2) PPl who are placed abroad and being offered packages in their repsective currencies.

Adding both Indian as well as Internatioan packages will not give the actual picture.
Like in placement record in IT Management on the website,
the highest salary offered was 56,00,000 and average salary was around 11,00,000.
But If these figures are inclusive of both Indian and Foreign salaries, then the figures are not giving the actual picture.

In SPJMIR site they are separately giving
Domestic and foreign salaries are given saparately.
Please provide the information in that format.

Hi Rutty,


I have 58 % in the first and second year of my engineering (overall 61.52%) and i would also like to mention that i am from mumbai university. I hope that Adcomm doesn't compare students from different universities as it is very easy to get 60%+ in other universities. I am not saying that my application should be considered because of this reason.

Can you tell me what could be the next step of the Adcomm?

And whether people appearing for SPJAT on 1st march will get preference over me?

I wish to know about the tentative dates as to when this May Intake session will start. Also I have learned from a few previous students that if your session starts in May'08 (first week) it will be over by April'09 (first week).

Please clarify on this .
