can we use the september 30th spjat score to apply for the june 2008 intake???

So now i just want to pen down some important things which u need to keep in mind before u land up for the interviews on 13/14.

- Send a DD of INRs 2000 to spjain before ur date of interview.

1) The copy of the email sent to u by spjain regarding the evaluation call on the particular date.
2) The score card of the test. (whether be it spjat, xat, cat, gmat) Those who have taken the spjat, carry the printout the mail stating ur percentile score....

3) ur marksheets, 10th, 12th, and all the years of graduation marksheets.

4) The work experience letter from the company. ( current and past, if any).

5 ur passport.

6) Atleast 5-6 passport size photographs.

7) Apllication form (attached within the post)


NOTE : All the documents should be taken in ORIGINAL and 2 sets of xerox copies...

I hope, i made most points clear regarding the same...Still if u ppl have any querries we are open now.....for any of them

Dress Code: I know its stupid thing........But pls wear a decent formal apparels in the evaluation process....If u have blazers, do wear it...DOnt worry about the outside mumbai humidity ...

if i update my score on the application and send it now, I can expect an evaluation call in a weeks time is it??
Secondly, my SPJAT scores are below avg, and im takin my GMAT in november 1st week, can i then ask them to change my scores and substitute the SPJAT scores il send now with the GMAT scores even after my applications sent?

Plese repy asap..thanks a tonne

The next round of evaluations are scheduled for 13/14th of this month.. In case you submit your application you stand a chance in it...

For teh second part of teh question , i guess Ms. Rutty would be teh right person to answer...

hey rishika,

U can post ur score to the spjain and carry on with ur gmat also. If u are getting a call, then its good enough, but if u not gettin a call for this round then, i will suggest u to contact spjain office and confirm with them, when the next eval rounds are gonna happen. I am sure they will be the right people to comment with the same.

Its that 12 digit ID that you must have got once the gmat confirmation date was sent to your mail id...Its the GMAT ID...

Well your SPJAT score meets our cut off of 75 percentile
however i cannot comment on whether you would be shortlisted for the Evaluations or not as that depends on your overall profile and if the Admissions Commitee feels you meet al the criteria that we are looking for

You may inform us of your CAT score and we will update our records accordingly.
however there is no additional weightage given to the CAT score over the XAT/GMAT/SPJAT.
As long as it meets our cutoff we are fine with any score.

Dear Rishika,
for you and all those who havent received their SPJAT scores via email - firstly pls check ur JUNK/SPAM email - it does go there sometimes. If you still havent receivd it - pls write in to gmba@spjain.org clearly mentiongin your application no and DD no along with all possible alternate email ids that you have (gmail is preferable)

as for your frnd - well we have acut off of 75%ile - so he has missed that - however the decision lies entirely with the Admissions Commitee who will look at his overall profile
