you can take the SP Jain aptitude test when we conduct the same for the Dec 08 intake.
you may alternatively also take the CAT/XAT/GMAT

HI,
your profile seems ok to apply.
However the decision to shortlist you will depend on the admissions committee.

Hi Rutty,
I got a mail acknowledging receipt of my application for GMBA. It says that "We wish to bring to your notice that due to the rigorous admissions procedures all applicants will not be called for the evaluation process. However, we will intimate to you in due course whether or not you have been selected for the same"
Does that mean i might miss the evalation as i was rejected in June intake and i feel there were obvious reasons as i was in the last round of evaluation and i forgot to mention most of my details in online form..... does it will be taken into account again while deciding upon call for an evaluation?
Plz clearify upon that....

1. you need not appear for the SP Jain aptitude test as you already havea GMAT score that meets our requirements
2. You may go ahead and apply using your GMAT score
3. The reco letters need to be submitted within 15-20 days from the date of application
4. yes, you can apply for WM inspite of having an IT background.
Thanks

I would be applying for the Dec'07 intake.
I had a few doubts about the admission procedure. It would be of great help if you help me in this regard.
1. I want to also appear for SP JAIN enterance exam to boost my chances of getting through. I wanted to know when does this test happen for the Dec Intake ? Is it a paper based test or given online ?
2. I would be traveling out of India in July for a business meeting. I want to know if should apply online based on my GMAT score or should i wait for the SPJAIN entrance test ? I dont want to delay my application by a month if it affects my chance of admit. Is it also possible that i apply online now and if required i give the SPJAIN entrance test later.
3. i read the admission procedure and was not sure when we need to submit the reco letters, kindly clarify.
4. I have a 4 yrs + exp in IT, but i am more interested in doing specialization in Wealth management. Does SPJAIN allow students to have such changeovers ?
Thanks and Regards,

Your profile seems fine however the decision to shortlist you would depend entirely on the admission committee.
your GMAT score is fine as it is above our cut off of 650.
If you wish to update us about your new score you may do so by sending an email to gmba@spjain.org (pls mention your application no in the email)
thanks
